Your field of activity
- Creation of complex PLC programs and visualizations in close coordination with the customer's project managers
- Preparation of technical documentation
- Commissioning of the plants on site at the customer
- Troubleshooting, optimization and adaptation of existing plants
- Contact person for sales and purchasing for clarification of technical questions
- Training of the operating personnel on site
Your profile
- Completed studies in electrical engineering, automation technology or mechatronics or comparable technician training
- Several years of professional experience as PLC programmer for complex systems
- Sound practical experience in PLC systems (Siemens, Rockwell or ABB)
- Confident command of Siemens tools (SIMATIC STEP 7, TIA Portal, WinCC, WinCC flexible, Profibus and PROFINET)
- Experience in reading hardware plans, pneumatic plans and construction drawings
- Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel
Good MS-Office (especially MS-Project) and general PC user skills as well as an independent way of working and commitment are required in this position. Personally you convince with your communication and team skills. A willingness to travel worldwide, very good German and good English skills round off your profile.
